We are not contractually obliged to respond or to take any action that you specify and you are not obliged to pay us anything until such time as an agreement is reached between us which may, or may not, follow our first contact with you. This service is provided in order to make your first step in contacting a solicitor easier and (for some) less intimidating.
For debt recovery we may use the form as sufficient instruction from established clients to send a pre-action letter to your debtor. Our normal terms apply in those cases as do the special terms below.
