We do not offer legal aid or free advice unfortunately. This section refers to large sums owed rather than to assistance with council tax or utility bills or benefit. We are able to refer such matters to the Citizen's Advice Bureau in appropriate cases.

We can help with restructuring loans, private or commercial. We can negotiate with banks or building societies if you have difficulties keeping up with monthly instalments. We can help company directors negotiate with banks in relation to personal guarantees, or in negotiations with trustees in bankruptcy in relation to property jointly owned with a bankrupt.
